CAKE Kalk AP (ضد شکار)
The CAKE Kalk AP (ضد شکار) is an electric cross motorcycle by Electric Moped manufacturer CAKE from Sweden. The company is derived from the passion for gravity sports and is dedicated to the category light electric off-Road Motorbikes (L.E.Os.).
The name Kalk is derived from kalksten, the limestone bedrock of the Swedish island of Gotland, where CAKE’s test grounds are located.
The Kalk AP is a special version of the popular Kalk motorcycle designed for anti-poaching purposes. The moped is provides as a special charity bundle in which a solar panel kit and one Kalk AP motorcycle is donated to Southern African Wildlife College while the purchaser receives one Kalk AP motorcycle.
The field analysis and development, for ongoing improvements and optimizing tailored performance, is led by the Southern African Wildlife College, also being the operational partner and education hub for training future rangers.
To continue to promote and build the fleet of motorbikes and solar power stations in Africa, the initial offer is a charity combo. The combo meaning that each purchase is a price reduced bundle of two CAKE Kalk APs and a solar power station along with solar panels from Goal Zero. The buyer gets one bike, the other twin bike, together with the solar power station and solar panels is handed over to the Southern African Wildlife College.

The moped has a ۵۰ آمپر ساعت Lithium battery for a range of ۱۲۰ کیلومتر. The battery is of the same type as the batteries in the Tesla Model S. The battery is suitable for use in cold and hot environments (-20°C to 55°C).
